which type of cable do I need?

Hi guys,

So I'm putting a fused spur off the main ring which is going to be powering an extractor fan. Currently the extractor has a 3 pin plug but I want to hardwire it to a fused switch. My question is this. Which type of cable do I need to connect the fused switch to the extractor? Currently I have the following...either 3183Y 3-Core Flex 1mm² White cable or 6242Y Twin & Earth 1.5mm² Grey Cable. Ideally I'd use the white as it's flexible but I don't know if this is the right option...
