Whirlpool ADG 7550 rinse aid filling.

Had this a loooooong time and never really used. She has suddenly got it in her head to use it for when there is a lot of washing up to do, but when we tried it, it came out streaky using tabs.

Softish water area. She got some salt, filled it up and still streaky. Now she has bought some pink rinse aid, but despite Whirlpools two lots of instructions, we cannot work out how to fill it, where in the beast to fill it, other than it's in the drop down door.

Here is the relevant bit in the manual........

There is an open section in the setting dial (the dark section in the diagram below), are you supposed to pour it in there? It is not at all obvious.

ther pic is very small

but in the second pic there is a round grey cap. Does this have a ridge down the middle to help you unscrew it with your fingers?

or is it a seal for the filling orifice? If so, just open the lid and pour rinse aid into the orifice revealed.



if you have not been filling the salt well, it may take several washes before the softener is fully recharged.
 
Yes, you pour it in the hole by the doseage numbers and shut the lid with the grey seal.
