Hi!
Hope to get some advice on a problem..
Had an outside patio layed 3 months back. Marshalls Symphony Black which is a vitrified porcelain slab. With brush-in jointing compound on a solid concrete bed.
About a month after it was laid I cleaned it with a mixture of warm water and fairy liquid using a stiff brush.
It's begun to develop white staining over the past few weeks which looks incredibly unsightly!
I've tried a couple of products on the advice of Lithofin to clean it:
Lithofin Intensive Cleaner
Lithofin Ceramic Clean
But neither seem to be getting the marks off!
Does anyone have any idea what it might be?
