574 white people are killed even though they make up 76% of the population. Whereas 266 of black people are killed even though they only make up 13% of the population.
From that statistic munroast argues that the vast majority of criminals in USA must be black. He takes no consideration of the propensity for white police to shoot black people, nor the type of crime that might be involved.

He uses the same flawed methodology to argue the same correlation based on the prison population, totally ignoring the propensity for the justice system to treat black people unfairly more severely, compared to white people.

His methodology is not just flawed, it emanates and is motivated from a bigoted opinion, and manipulates data to reinforce his prejudiced opinion.

This is ludicrous. The police go to where the crime is reported. Not quite sure what you are suggesting here.

The police's response is dependent on the type of crime reported.
And is dependent on the ethnicity of any person apprehended.
And the outcome of any on-the-spot interrogation influences the outcome. For instance, a black person who is totally innocent is just as likely to end up dead as a guilty white person.
