Any anyone advise would be responsible to repair/replace a manhole cover on the neighbours garden. The manhole where above single pipe (serving 2 properties) runs into a drain servicing a number of properties. The manhole has been covered over time, and now the lid now needs replacing and reinstating. Who would be responsible? All owners whose wast used the manhole, the neighbour (whos property the manhole is on), and the local water company (as a shared drain)

Its a shared sewer so Water Company's responsibility.
