Almost certainly yours, I had to supply and fit meter cabinets each time I had a supply installed or changed.
Trouble is to replace the box requires the DNO's involvement as changing the box will require the cut out being dissed from the supply cable and then re-connected.
Talk to the DNO
Or devise a way to repair / replace the hinge

On many designs the door and flange is a separate component that can be removed and reinstated without disturbing the box itself

The over boxes shown on that web site are probably the easiest fix if there is space around the damaged one.
