The BBC has learnt that Kirklees Council commissioned a psychological report into Matthews in December 2003.

It said she needed constant monitoring, but her children were later taken off the child protection register.

I don't understand what's happening.

Nobody oversees every individual decsion as I understand it, however Ofsted are the body that inspect them and make sure they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. Although from what I heard on the radio tonight they are equally incompetant.

Sorry i`m a bit late on this softus, weetabix don`t go down so quick these days. You make a big play on the viewers writing to their mp`s would not a radical change come about if the viewers withdrew from the present demacratic sham.
