Yes we know…trying to argue from a position of ignorance does tend to make people angry, because they always lose.
What I tend to do when working out if I can afford something I want, is look at how much money I have to buy it with and the general state of my finances first. Perhaps you would prefer not to look at the household budget and throw caution to the wind, borrow from Peter to pay Paul perhaps.
