The quality of a Wickes kitchen is pretty good when seen in comparison to most others from the likes of B&Q, howdens and the like....Like all things however they need to be fitted properly......If you fit a cheap kitchen properly then it will last longer than a poorly fitted expensive litchen

Shame about the MFI, their kitchens were pretty good, mine are still in use now for 22 years and nothing has fallen down or even any of the screws come lose, it was a solid oak though nothing wrong with it, one does get tired of the same old kitchen so one day I might renew it on the bases of getting tired of it. (It was called Westbury made with American Oak)
