WIFI for mobile devices

I have talktalk wireless router set to WPA2 security with hidden SSID

Each time my sister visits, she keeps having to create a fresh profile to connect her phone to the WIFI

She doesn't have this problem anywhere else.

My two PCs are WIFI connected without any bother.

Any suggestions on this problem ?

Stop hiding the ssid?

Surely a hidden SSID shouldn't cause an issue once a wifi profile has been created.
