Will a key switch work for this application?

I hope this is a quick and simple question for someone.

I have a 3 gang light switch fitted by my electrician in my new log cabin. 2 of the switches are for internal lights, the 3rd is for a PIR controlled security floodlight outside. The issue is that people keep switching off the floodlight.

Can I use a modular switching plate with 2 standard switches and a 3rd key switch (like the sort used for emergency lighting circuits) to keep the floodlight always on, but retaining the ability to turn it off if necessary?

Thanks

note, that most one-peice 3 gang switches fit on a "single" box, while in most modular systems a 3 module assembly requires a "double" box.

An exception to this is the "minigrid" system from Scholmore Click which does allow 3 modules on a "single" sized plate.
