Just use daz's loader & get the checks removed.

I know this is an old thread, but as Mattylad says get Daz's Winloader. Run once and Robert's your proverbial dad's brother. Even if you don't the only thing that happens is you can't have a picture desktop, just a plain black screen with all your desktop shortcuts, n shyte you've placed there. Daz's Winloader does work though.
