Got whole load of problems with windows. Sone wont shut and keep catching although I'm not always sure where. One has had catch taken off as it wouldn't shut with it on. I out a new handle on another one but it wont totally close so I can lock it!!

Something obstructing the hinge, hinge bent, or window snagging on frame.
