Window sills & ingos

i know you get pre made sill boards in pine but what material would i use for the ingos??? do you get lenths of plain pine? or what ahhhhhh help me???? :oops:

'Fraid I'd give the same answer as gregers here,

Simply because I've no idea what an ingo is, forgive our ignorance on the term, perhaps you could describe it or use another term?

ingo....the sides of the window? from the cill up? if you know what i mean? :cry:
 
The uprights are called mullions and the top horizontal piece is the transom...are you making your own frames then?
The recess that the frame goes into is called the reveal.
