Our plans got approved for the extension. But we realised that we want few changes to the windows. we would like to
1.Increase the size of the first floor front window
2.Add new window to the side of the bedroom with obscured glass(neighbour's house is 1.5m away from this window).
3.Increase the size of the windows in the back of the house.

Do we need to go through the planning permission again for these changes?

Get it signed off as a minor alteration, the planners will tell you if its more than that. Otherwise at your risk. Don't underestimate the power of the nosy neighbour to spot and report any changes.

Blup

Yes you need a conversation with whoever looked after the application. Email will be ok but for your protection you must get written confirmation. Your item 2 could be problematic, any window that overlooks other people's house/garden can prove controversial.
