Ca i run a wire inside the bathroom along the wall inside trunking to a shower.

What do the manufacturers installation instructions say?

It only says how to wire the shower and the size of cable if you bury it in walls behide plaster ,plaster board and so on.

Then the answer is probably "no". If the instructions do not advise surface mounted cabling is possible, then I would not attempt this.
