Wireless internet (again, sorry)

Cheers for everyones help on my previous post, we've ended up with Netgear one, (little white box, on the back it says, 54 Mbps Wireless Router WGR614 v6 TW)

It was cheap on ebay

Anyway to my total dismay when it arrived there are no instructions, so i blundered in to fit it, obviously i failed miserably, so hopefully you guys can direct me on fitting it, i have the white box, the power lead and a yellow lead,

what do i do?

its prob very obvious to you guys so please be nice to me.

If you've no experience of wireless or using broadband routers then I would recommend you find someone who has.....this could be a work colleague or a friend. Trying to do the job without knowledge means you could end up wth no service or an unsecured wireless network.....free internet, where do you live ?
