Wireless weather compensation for Veissmann

I'm after some advice please. We've had a Veissmann Vitodens 100 boiler fitted with the optional weather compensation module. The boiler is fitted on a south facing wall and there's no easy way to route the cable to a north facing wall for the outside temperature sensor. For now, the sensor is located a shady area that won't directly get the sun. Is anyone aware of a wireless solution to allow the sensor to be located in a more appropriate location please?

Is WC sensor doing its job by saving you on gas? If it is leave it as it is.
