Wiring a 5A lighting socket to a wall switch

Hi Taylortwocities, I think I have decided that I will actually do it.

I have some other work that IS notifiable (extending the ring main), so I figured I would get him to do it at the same time, but now, given the cost etc I will do it myself.

I get very confused as to what is notifiable and I thought that this was, but re-reading it I see that it is not.

Extending the ring final is also not notifiable, providing its not in a kitchen, bathroom or outdoors.

And knowledge of how to carry out electrical installation work, but sure it clearly isn't a perfect world we live in, is it?
