I am changing an analogue stat to digital DT90E. I currentley have live, neutral, earth and a yellow wire???

The new DT90E has three wiring points A,B & C,

I think A is the live, B is the neutral and C should this be the earth or the fourth wire yellow????

What do I do with the spare wire (earth / 4th wire yellow.)

Any help would be muchly appreciated

"A" is live.

"B" is switched live.

It doesn't have a neutral, you would need to make it safe.

And do NOT connect the earth wire to C or you will blow the electrics in the house.

The earth wire is not used - make it safe, e.g a terminal block.

Terminal C is used when the stat controls an air con unit.

Did you look at the wiring diagrams in the instructions before posting your questions?
