Wiring Colour Labels.

The rest of the house in plumbed with Plastic Bath, White plastic Waste, full Plastics Cold and Hot supplies elsewhere, and there is NO gas supply.

Therefore the plastics bath/plumbing does NOT need bonding, furthermore the incoming water stoptap is in the immersion heater cupboard, hence the Multi Functional earth bonding there.

Note I an on a pme system, with the main earth rising out along the neutral, off the same block, in the incoming electricity service mains.

Why didn't you just do your 10mm2 to your water. And if you HAD TO, you could have used 4mm2 between the pipes.

I think the way you have done it, simply creates more problems. The IEE are very against parallel earth paths.

where did you hear that?

bonding something that is isolated can be bad

improving the bonding on something that already has some form of conection is generally good

further with the way immersion heaters can fail with significant but not short cuircuit earth currents there is defaintely sense in bonding all pipes from the hot water tank
