wiring in a interior light on a Vbub Transporter

Hello chaps

my guvnor is getting me a nearly new VW transporter, what I owuld like to know is how hard is it to wire in a large interior light in the back of it

should be easy enough. i'm an ex mechanic but i was always a bt weak with wiring probs. how large? i used to service a well known break down and recovery company's fleet of transits that used just two side light bulbs in the rear of the van. not exactly dazzling but good enough. if i remember right they were wired from the drivers compartment interior light. no extra fuses needed.

as you are not sure, get something like

from local diy shed, get the ones with led lights, batteries will last for ages. no wiring problems and no shorts, and your boss wont moan

You could also go to a local caravan dealer, they keep lots of that kind of thing.
