So after getting my lovely new digital thermostat working I'm moving on to the CH timer. The one we have now works but is extremely noisy, the clockwork motor in the kitchen drives us mad!

So from the pics, can I confirm what I'm proposing to wire where? Not the best at reading wiring diagrams and the format looks to have changed!

Old 6(L) to new L
Old 4 (N) to new N
Old 1 (HW) to new 1
Old 3 (HW) to new 3
Old 8(CH) to new 2
Old 6 (CH) to new 4

Or have I got them mixed up?

There's a link between 3-6 you need to chuck the link away and put the remaining red in L with the red from 6.
