Hi All, this is technical, so I hope I use the correct descriptions -
having replaced a control board on a Hotpoint WMA34 I have followed the sequence for inputting the correct codes, however, it's not worked right.
Tried it several times now, but I get the same binary code which is a wrong code, and the machine will only just spin and pause on the fast spin, changing direction; there is no water intake on any setting, and the pump is on continuous. (flow valves appear okay, checked continuity, filters clear, water flowing to machine) (in fact, it may be the correct binary code, yet i've counted from the wrong point, i'll check that in the morning)
Is there any guidance I can look at on this, or do I start going through all the continuity tests.
I have just replaced the brushes on the motor.
Any clues would be helpful please?
