Hello, Has anyone got any recommendations on any kind of wood cladding. Ive had to rip some old upvc cladding off and fancy something different. Can afford up to about £30 a square metre. Where to buy would be helpfull too.

Is shiplap available without knots?
And the battens its going onto curve out at the bottom (above the window heads,) I was wondering if shiplap can only be nailed to a totally flat surface?
Just had a look online, redwood and cedarwood look just the ticket. Not sure I wont be expensive though.
