wood floor

i layed my 20mm wood floor earlier this yr and screwed and glued it.

i made a mistake of using 12mm ply when i should have gone for 18mm. in places the wood has a hollow sound - mostly everywhere.

would this disappear if i redrilled through the wood into the concrete below with 3" screws?

NEVER solve a problem like this with screws: you'll 'screw' your whole floor!

You underfloor was uneven, 18mm ply might not have solved that too
