Hello,

I have just purchased 3x 1930's pine panel doors, they are currently stripped down to bare wood, I need to stain/wax them to match the 2 doors I currently have.

I have attached 2x pictures of the current doors I have and their colour is a dark brown, does someone know what I need to buy to get them this colour.

I've been looking at the Liberon stains.

Also, one of the doors is for a bathroom, would i need to seal the inside of the door to seal it from the steam? I have been advised to use the Liberon clear matt varnish?

Thanks! Phil

My M8 a furniture restorer swears by " wire+ wax" coloured wax applied with a very fine steel wool. OK for inside of bathroom door too.
