Wood worm

Hi help and advice needed we are trying to renovate our Victorian house down stairs the only floor that’s wood has wood worm . Do we remove all the floor boards and destroy or do we treat ? The wood is dry, dusty and very soft underneath the boards. On top there are only a few holes

please post photos of detail close up and one of the whole floor if you can.
woodworm likes damp unventilated wood -
do you have air bricks ventilating the space under the flooring? can you post a photo of the outside wall showin any air bricks at DPC level?
is the soil under the floor dry or damp?
is ther worm holes all across the room on the top surfaces - more or less in all the boards?
