Hi there,
I have just bought a small woodburner for my summerhouse which is 10ft by 10ft.
The burner is small, 36cm by 21cm by 24cm. The firebox is 10cm by 10cm and the flue is only 6cm!
I have mounted it on thick slate 2cm. It is also placed I the corner of the summer house, I have decided to be extra safe and clad the inside of the walls with fire resistant boarding with a 4cm gap between this and the shiplap. My question is how much of a gap should I leave between the burner and the walls bearing in mind it is a very small burner. How should I run the flue through the roof which is single skin 6cm steel, basically exhaust pipe size!
Many thanks Jon
