I'm looking to fit some wooden cladding to my bathroon ceiling. I'm pretty sure its lathe and plaster, and it has an artexed pattern.

Has anyone done this before and is it possible? How do I go about it?

Thanks for reading. :D

yes no probs
dependant on the size run battons one way [parralel or accross the joists]

if your bathroom is say 2.9m by 3.1m you batton along the 3.1 at 16 to 24" spacings secured to the joists as you can get 3m cladding [so minimum waste]

seal the back before instilation avoiding blocking the grooves

if your doing the job just shout and someone will give you a fuller answer ;)
