Hi,
Before i erect anything i would like some info if i may.
I live in south west uk.
I have a 12 x 10 x 8 shed at the end of my garden and i now wish to erect another.
I wish it to be the same size as the existing shed.
It will not be connected to anything so just free standing.
One side of it will be 2 foot from my neighbours fence which is 5ft 10" high.
Flat roof with slight slop for rain etc.
I have not measured the size of the garden but i would say that with the existing shed & the new one i could still put another four 12 x 10 sheds with the land left.

I have read a few regs here and there but just asking here also.
I think im fine but await your replies.

Thanks very much.

Thanks for that.
Now a novice question.
My overall height will be 2.5mtr.
My garden where i need to build this has a slight slope, and when the floor is down & level the far end will be about 8 inches higher than the other end.
Do i measure 2.5mtr from the horizontal floor or from the ground level & the far end,if you see where i am coming from.
