pipe-stats are required on the flow and return into the boiler to control temp.75-80c flow 50c return.any ideas what could be used?

Suppose you could always get some pipe stats!
Should do the job nicely
Honeywell do them amongst others they do high and low ones.

How do pipestats control a wood burning cooker?

They are wired to a bell that rings to tell you the temperature has lowered from the cooker therefore needing more fuel, or the the temperature is excessive and it may explode ( bigger bell )
