Worcester 240 Thermistor Removal

    The screws on the thermistor are so tight in the brass unit that they have been rounded trying to undo them, how can I replace the thermistor without removal of the entire unit?

    Try heating them with a torch.
    Otherwise buy the bits of pipe they're on. Not too expensive.
