Worcester 24CDI boiler goes bang bang bang

However if he works on heating systems then without any communication with a friend he should have diagnosed within two minutes of taking the cover off ( 10 seconds ) that the pump was not rotating! He did not need to remove the shaft cover screw to do that!

sorry.perhaps i didnt elaborate enough.He is a boiler service man minus the corgi status.
 
is he is minus the CORGI then he is NOT a boiler Service man but a dangerous cowboy
