Fairly old Worcester Combi but works fine.....at the moment.
When the CH is first turned on, after about two minutes a noise inside the boiler starts sort of clicking.......a bit like a pipe is expanding/contracting but a bit louder. Each clicking slightly flickers the pressure arrow although the pressure stays fine at about 1.5
After about five minutes when the system is warmed up, the noise stops. I've seen the symptom on a couple of other forums but the thread never ends up revealing what the issue is. The CH and HW is fine but I can't help wondering if something is not quite right. Any ideas anyone?
