Hi Guys N Gals
I have looked at previous threads and think I already know the source of my problem but would appreciate it if someone would confirm just to put my mind at ease.

When using the shower after a few minutes the water goes cold and the Burner On light goes out. If you keep the shower running it will relight and again provide hot water for a few minutes this will continue for as long as you want. From previous posts I think this will prove to be a diaphragm fault.

I would appreciate any comments you may have.

Thanks Euan26

Hi! I have a Worcester 28cdi rsf combination boiler that has the same fault as yours has. I have replaced the diaphram in the diverter valve today, but it has made no difference. The hot water is ok when the CH is on, so I don't understand it. I am waiting for replies on the forum to see what else can be wrong. Take a look at this on: www.newtonnet.co.uk/house/boiler It is very interesting and may help you decide what to do.
Good luck!
Les

unlikely to be diaphragm, sounds more like clogged up plate exchanger.
if it is, powerflush is what you want.
