Looked at one of these friday,dhw will work ine when heating is on,turn a tap on without te heating and fan will sart up and boiler goes to lockout,tested the flow turbine and im getting the required 5vdc to it but only 0.5v dc instead of the 1.5v to 4v when tap is turned on,but manual says this fault will produce a lockout light flashing 4 times per second but it is only flashing once per second,any body come across this problem before??

What reading was you getting from the thermistor
Odd, no diverter so as long as water runs it should not overheat. Could it be that the earth is no good and the electrical readings are off due to lack of adequate reference to earth? How long before the lock out occurs? Is the input correct?
