Worcester 28 CDI Boiler in a 3 bed house?

Hi there,

I've been quoted for a Worcester 28 CDI boiler installed for £1800 which I think is a good price? (straight swap)

Originally the installer recommended the 30i but changed his mind. After looking at the specifications and outputs I've noticed that the 28 CDI has a lower output?

Will this boiler still be suitable for a 3 bed semi with 1 bathroom?

Either will be fine....the only difference will be HW flow rates.
