Hi

Today i have tried to replace the diaphram in a Worcester 28cdi Diverter Valve but i got the boiler half striped down but could not work out how to remove the filler loop from the diverter valve and this stops me undoing the nut from the heat exchanger and remove the housing so that i can get at the diaphram to replace it.

Any ideas?

Or is there an easier way to get the housing apart to replace it?

Cheers

There is an easier way! That's to call Worcester for a fixed price repair.

Its such an annoying job that many professionals try to avoid doing them!
