how are you measuring the consumption if its a clip on meter they are often 60w out

Hi Guys this was actually the pump spinning away 24/7, it's now been replaced by Worcester so when I get home tonight I'll check it has resolved the issue..

Got home last night and quiet as a mouse so it must have been the pump ...thanks guys

Ooh did I win one?, not if it was a faulty pump. I’ve had a hundred faulty pcbs keep the pump running 24/7 but never had a faulty pump stay on although I know they can in theory on the modulating cdi pumps

no but it was the first question the Worcester helpdesk asked me when I said the fan/pump was stuck on 24/7
