Hi, a bit of a story but here goes. problem with hot water going to rads when CH was not on, and water temp was sometimes not great. indicates a diverter problem? the boiler guy changed it and it worked for a few hours, then the pressure went to almost zero, I topped it up to 1.5 via the tap that allows water into the system. it worked but the pressure rose to 3. called the boiler guy and he said the pressure release valve was gone because I topped up the pressure??? it hasn't been replaced yet but the pressure still drops to zero, top it up and it goes to 3, slowly down to 2. BUT now there is water dripping from inside the boiler body and runs down a stainless? silver pipe that leads to the gas valve?, its the part that has the grey button that you press to start the pilot light. and there is water running out of the overflow pipe outside on the wall.

can anyone help please??
