Worcester Bosch 240 No hot water first thing in morning

My hot water is not working first thing in the morning but is ok the rest of the day.

The diverter valve was replaced a few months ago.

The pressure seems to be dropping slowly over a few weeks, but there are no leaks I can see.

Any ideas anybody?
