the pressure gauge needle is just below1 0n the dial and my hot water was just trickling out of the taps.the radiators are struggling to get to a good temperature ,do i need to reset the system ,any advice would be appreciated.

fill the system to just over 1 bar because most boilers wont work if its under one bar pressure have an automatic cut off this should sort the problem of the central heating but the reason for the water trickling out of your taps if it didnt do it before would indicate a partial blockage more than likely you have turned a isolation valve and not opened it fully somewhere
