1) What boiler model with GC number?
2) What engineer and why was he there with his Gas Safe reg no?
3) What does it say on the paper work, (a) At risk, (b) Immediately dangerous? Also there should be a reason / cause written somewhere why the action was recommended.
Once that's established (all of above) you can proceed with what to do. None or only part of the above nothing.
