Worcester Bosch Danesmoor 12/15 problem

Evening all

I recently recovered a balanced flue oil fired boiler from my garage. It worked OK and had been serviced so a neighbour bought it and fitted it in his house.

It works OK until the cover goes on the burner to complete the 'room seal', when it stops and locks out.

Neither of us intend to get too involved since the installation will have to get a landlord's certificate anyway, but are we missing something simple?

never had to do landlords cert on oil boilers.

Do not phone vailant for a fixed price repair, especially if they are talking about APS on oil boilers

Call an OFTEC technician and get them to check and set boiler combustion.
