Hello, Does anyone have knowledge of these boilers? A friend has frozen condensate but it appears to go UP from the boiler...is it pumped? Ive not seen it,he just tried to explain it over the phone. Thanks

they do a built in condesate pump,it will stop the boiler from working if it cant empty

yes its pumped from the front right hand side with some clear tubing poing to a suitable drain point

Yep theres an inbuilt condensate pump in the base of the frame. So it could go anywhere after that including vertically.
