My mum and dad have been having problems with their condensing boiler. An engineer has been out several times and has diagnosed the problem as being the condensate freezing because of the weather. He has made the pipe bigger and they now have heating. However they now don't have any hot water. They are pensioners and my dad is poorly at the moment and they can do without the stress and worry this is causing.
The engineer is up to his eyes in it and doesn't know when he can get out. There are no fault codes on the boiler itself and it is fired up. Does anybody have any suggestions about this problem, I would be most grateful if you do.
