worcester heat slave 12/14 reset button

Hi all

The lockout light has switched on red and my hot water/heating has stopped.

The user manual says to hit the reset button but .. and this may soun Stupid. Cannot find it anywhere.

There is a red Plastic screw part near the position it vaguely says in the manual. However cannot be pressed in as it doesn't move. Does this need unscrewing or am I missing the point?

Been searching for 45 mins now ..

The lock out button for the burner is within an aluminium box that pulls away.....boiler outer door off and it's there. It has a couple of lugs for you to grip.
