worcester Heatslave cmobi boiler 15/19

Any idea why i need to keep topping up the boiler on a regular basis, the expansion tank is letting water out of the ' valve i assume this is had it, there should be air in it ???? is this where the water could be going or what else could you recommend.
Apart from that the boiler is working

Sounds like a flat expansion vessel
