Hi yes got power to the bottom right and fuse seems to be ok when tested

Is your programmer lit up? If not, then do you have live to the back plate? If not, follow the live feed connection to source. If the programmer is live and in demand, check for power at the yellow terminals in your connector block. If you have no power there, then the programmer is goosed.

Has the boiler overheat stat tripped.. Manual reset

Theres power to the yellow connector so they are both calling from the programmer and yes have put piece of wire in just to make sure the stats arnt goosed

Bypassed the stats with wire

All you can do is follow the path of the fault finding chart in the manufacturer's instructions, but follow it without any short cuts.

Tool the control panel to pieces blown a few pieces out of it ordered a new one electrian says its due to condensation as its external another £600
